We all need a little hopeful news, right? We have posted the schedule for the 2020 Susquehanna Folk Festival and it's pretty fantastic -- starting off Friday evening with a concert featuring Cumberland Honey and Colebrook Road, and a contra dance with Wild Asparagus! Lots of workshops, lots of jamming, and of course LOTS of performances. New this year is a Festival Youth Band program for kids age 6-16. Check it out! Read more...

The 2020 Susquehanna Folk Festival is still scheduled for July 24-26. Though we have temporarily suspended ticket sales, we do remain hopeful, and will make a decision in late April. Read more...

SFMS presents a full calendar of traditional arts events in south-central Pennsylvania. This spring we'll hear Swedish folk from Jaerv, fun roots music from the Canal Street String Band, the amazing Nordic Fiddlers Bloc, early-radio-era sounds from Bill and the Belles, and old-time tunes from four terrific young players: Golden Shoals with Brad Kolodner and Alex Lacquement.
