The Washington Post says Eileen Ivers "suggests the future of the Celtic fiddle." You have an opportunity to look into that future when she comes to York, PA for a Susquehanna Folk concert on Friday, January 18, 2019.

Eileen Ivers is a pre-eminent exponent of the Irish fiddle. She is a Nine Time All-Ireland Fiddle Champion, the original Musical Star of Riverdance, and a founding member of Cherish the Ladies. She is a Grammy Award winner, has been nominated for an Emmy, and has guest starred with over 40 orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops. She has appeared on stage with The Chieftains, as well as pop stars such as Sting and Hall & Oates, and has performed for presidents and royalty worldwide.

The concert is at 7:30pm on January 19, at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of York, 925 S. George St., York, PA 17403. Get full information and tickets here.
