Festival Postponed Until 2021

The Susquehanna Folk Music Society board has made the difficult decision to postpone this summer’s festival to July 23-25, 2021. SFMS shares the disappointment that many will feel with this news. The safety of our audience members, performers and volunteers is our first consideration, and we are deeply concerned about the public health risks of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are inviting all 2020 artists to join us in 2021, and we hope that all of you stay safe and healthy to return to the festival next summer. We truly appreciate your loyalty and support.

SFMS will be contacting those who purchased tickets for the 2020 festival individually.

Folk artists, whose music so enriches our lives, are facing the loss of considerable income during these challenging times. To benefit local artists, SFMS is hosting a series of virtual events -- "SFMS Comes to YOU!" Visit Susquehanna Folk's website to view these concerts plus find news about other online events.

Please consider supporting the musicians you love, in whatever ways you can.

SFMS hopes to resume concerts, coffeehouses, jam sessions, and more this fall, and of course, we look forward to seeing you at the next Susquehanna Folk Festival on July 23-25, 2021!

Looking forward to the time that we can meet again in person.
